|Recommended: NoGood Pricing But Could Be Renewed Certain Aspects. — It is a big spacious house. Good pricing for a 3 bedroom apartment. Certain aspects of the house could be renewed like the kitchen and the bathroom cabinets.

Besides this, the construction and some features of the house such us the kitchen and the bathroom cabinets could be renewed. With these changes, the house would be totally different and would upgrade a lot.

So far we liking it here. property is kept up. we got a 3bd 2bath, Luv layout, spacious, not enough cabinet space though had to buy extra storage shelves etc
Prior to moving in I spoke with Sarah mng and explained a few health issues we have needed special things, she took care of all of it. Then when moved in had a few issues, again she was on it along with D'Markas maintanence
There's a few things I wish were different yes but nothing that can't be taken care of with decor
although it's only been 2 wks I feel we will enjoy it here long term.

|Recommended: YesA Great Place To Live — It is comfortable, safe, quiet the maintenance of the apartments is great and fast. There are schools, shops and freeway nearby.

We are a family of 5 and have been living here for 6 months.The apartment is great and internet is included,so the rental price is very competitive. They offer discounts to teachers.The common areas are nice and the fence has been changed this year.Property people and maintenance staff make you feel at home.They are very professional and kind people, always willing to solving our issues.

|Recommended: YesOverall, It Is Fine. — Overall, the apartment complex is good. It is larger than many and has a decent floor plan. There is more significantly more noise than I have had in other apartments. Every time our upstairs neighbors walk in their kitchen, our cabinets rattle. The management team has the best intentions and are so kind, but many small promises are quickly forgotten about--followthrough is not a strength. The price is ridiculously overpriced, and the continual increases in rent are frustrating, but that is just the nature of the greedy Salt Lake housing market. For the size, it is a good deal but only in comparison to what else is out there.
