|Recommended: YesDecent For The Price — I enjoy living here. It's great quality for the price. The old maintenance guy was wicked slow to respond, they've since gotten a new one so I'm hopeful. The biggest downside is living on a main road, you hear everything. However, that isn't something management can control.

There's a lot of space and storage in our apartment. I love how this complex is small, so it's very well taken care of in many ways. I wish I never had to leave
|Recommended: NoStarted Off Good. Now It's Impossible To Contact Management Office — The A C has been broken for almost 3 weeks and no one can fix it. Creepy neighbor across the way sits on the balcony and stares at my wife.
Management is suddenly impossible to get a hold of.

|Recommended: NoDisappointed Beyond Belief. — We would tell them how terrible it has been from the first day. We would also warn them and everyone else to avoid this company like the plague. What a nightmare this has been. Our home is not our home it is an unsettling place were we have no cooperation from the management. We hate it here and everyday we wake up is one more day in hell.
|Recommended: YesVery Clean And Inviting — Apartments are very well-kept and clean, the staff is friendly and the apartments are much quieter than most.
|Recommended: YesVery Nice Place, Really Huge Apartments, Friendly Staff. — Great place, reasonably priced. Very quiet community that is small enough to get to know almost everyone. My only complaint is the frequency that they tow cars. I don't even drive so it doesn't affect me personally, but I don't think it's fair to tow so frequently. That is an expensive penalty for a minor infraction, in my opinion.
|Recommended: YesI Think The Property Is Great — Its very spacious. Management is awesome. Maintenance is great. Very active community as far as being outspoken about issues and concerns. Awesome events activities for kids on holidays. Overall, I enjoy living here.
