|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Taken Care Of Frequently. It Usually Looks Nice. — The apartment manager is very helpful and he is usually able to take care of things pretty fast. Compared to other apartment complexes, ours is clean and organized. There are usually not a lot if issues with other people. neighbors .
|Recommended: YesLiving In Triton Heights — I love It this place is clean, friendly. our neighbors have been great as well. there's the few noises we hear, like any apartments. for the most part its been really good. I feel comfortable and at home. the parking is sometimes difficult to find if your home anytime after 6 pm, which most of us usually are. besides the parking i have no other complaints. I've really enjoyed living here.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, Convenient Location — I have enjoyed living here. The apartments are comfortable and the location and neighbors are generally quiet. It's a smaller community and I like that due to less noise and traffic in the parking lots. I have never heard a loud argument in the parking lot. The office staff and maintenance crew are professional.

|Recommended: YesTriton Heights Is A Very Decent Place To Live — Living at triton heights was very pleasant. They were quick about responding to maintenance requests and complaints. There could be more parking, but they can t really fix that now. I was told they don t allow smoking on the premises, but every morning and night, I passed smokers right next to my building.
|Recommended: YesI Think It Is A Great Place To Live! — Great on-site manager, great on-site maintenance, grounds are well-kept, pool is clean, 24 hour exercise room is well-equipped, maintenance requests are completed in a prompt and timely fashion, apartments are well-built, furnance and air conditioning are excellent.

|Recommended: NoGreat Space And Apartment Layout...very Loud On The Bottom Floor. — We like the space in the apartment and the new management is MUCH better! However some of the maintenence is cheaply done, but this stated, it is our experience of maintenence before the new management. Overall it is a good space for the price.

|Recommended: YesEpic — Great place to live, wish there was more covered parking. 4500 So is busy but you quickly get used to the noise of the traffic. Plenty of good people looking out for you and your car. Friendly area for kids.
