|Recommended: YesFrustrated — i am really happy here and i don't regret it at all. Just frustrated with the hood above the oven not being replaced yet, when i was told it was on order when we moved in may 1st. the washroom floor got fixed finally after three weeks, but never painted. i don't care about that anymore because i had to finally have my washer and dryer delivered. the floor in the kitchen between the washer and dryer are now bubbling up and in the dining room from water damage but honestly get to frustrated with submitting work orders when they are not getting done. sorry, I know things happen and I have to say Kim is awesome and has done nothing wrong. i also understand the handy man left and had a little in between time where there wasn't anyone here but just frustrating. i will honestly say i love it here, and again Kim DOES an awesome job!!!
response from property -We are sorry it took longer then expected. But do to turnover and maintenance as well as being short staffed caused this work order to take longer then expected. We are sorry it took as long as it did. Going forward this will not be an issue.
|Recommended: YesPretty, Clean, Safe, Friendly People And Managment!! — I would say its a great apartment, that it's clean, nice place to live, with a great manager who cares about the property ant the tendents, i feel safe living here!!!
|Recommended: YesAn Amazing Transformation And Attention To Detail Since The New Property Manager Started In September — The new property manager has made an amazing difference in the way the property is being maintained. She has addressed concerns and complaints that have been a long standing issues.
She has provided newletters,made sure service calls were responded to in a timely manner as well as promoting activities that make the complex feel more like a neighborhood community.
I believe she has improved both the quality of the complex and the quality of our lives significantly.
I would like to thank you for the compliments they are greatly appreciated. I love the feed back from our residents as well. I am happy that you are noticing the changes I am trying to accomplish to improve our commmunity. If you have any suggestions or ideas in this area please let me know. I would like to thank you again.

|Recommended: YesIt's A Very Nice, Quiet Place To Live. — Same as above... And the neighbors pretty much keep to themselves, I have never really had any problems with any neighbors like I have at others places in the past.
|Recommended: YesI Love The Property And Tenants — Very nice property, but currently the grounds need some serious attention. Becca is a great manager and responds to issues quickly. The only issue have is the length of time it takes for automatic withdrawal to actully post to my bank account, generall in excess of 15-20 days.
|Recommended: YesI Absolutely Love Triton Heights. — I would tell them that the on-site manager is terrific, the maintenance requests are handled promptly, and that it is a great place to live!
|Recommended: YesIt Is A Mid-Grade But Nice Apartment Complex — The bedroom and master closet are huge, but the living room is small. Parking is covered, so that's nice. It's apartment living, so you are aware of your neighbors, but you'd get that in any apartments I think.
|Recommended: NoReview — Lots of trash on the grounds, especially around dumpsters and inner courtyard, and my stairwell is constantly littered with food, chewing gum, spilled drinks, etc. ...this is really embarassing when i have friends over. I am thinking about moving out as a result.
